Where do you ship to?

We ship within the entire EU

What payment methods do you have?

We use Billmate as a payment gateway and you can pay with all major credit cards.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on where the order is to be sent, it can differ in price between countries. The shipping price is calculated in the shopping cart.

When do I have to order for it to be shipped the same day?

All orders placed before 15:00 weekdays are shipped the same day.

Are all products in stock?

All products are kept in stock, but it may happen that some products have run out. We then notify the customer before we ship and offer either a replacement product or reship as soon as we have the product back in stock.

Do you have any discounts?

We have a quantity discount depending on how many bottles of concentrate you buy in total, buy 10+ bottles and get a 10% discount on these.

Can I change an order that has already been placed?

As long as the order has not been updated to completed, it is fine to contact us and we will help make the desired changes.

I’m not sure what to choose

As we have a large selection, it can be difficult to choose, but you can always contact us and we will help with any questions that arise.

I can’t find what I’m looking for?

If there’s a product we don´t have on the site, contact us and we can see if it is possible to bring the desired product in stock.

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Do I have to pay VAT within the EU?

If you shop within the EU, VAT is automatically added to the prices.

What do I do in case of a return?

In case of a return, contact us through the return form. Keep in mind that we do not accept liquids in return due to hygiene reasons as we cannot guarantee that these have not been tampered with.

What are one shots?

A One Shot is a concentrate of a ready-made recipe that only needs to be mixed with PG/VG before use.

Can I have your concentrates for baking/cooking?

All our concentrates are water soluble and are well suited for cooking/baking.
